Dwayne Proctor is the Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion Senior Adviser to the president and director at the Robert Wood Johnson Foundation, which works to improve health and healthcare. Previously, he was an assistant professor at the University of Connecticut School of Medicine where he taught “public health, medical and dental students health communications and health marketing approaches for engaging multi-ethnic populations.”
Proctor previously was a Fulbright Fellow in Senegal where he investigated the effectiveness of HIV/AIDS risk messages.
