Pierre Vigilance is an Associate Professor of Health Policy & Management at the Milken Institute School of Public Health at The George Washington University. He is an expert on health policy, public and community health, social determinants of health, and policy and program development. Previously, Vigilance was the Director of the District of Columbia Department of Health. He also served as Director of the Baltimore County Department of Health, and as the Assistant Commissioner for Health Promotion and Disease Prevention in Baltimore City.
